Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing or using DuoLink (including duo.bladelinkarg.com, the back-end API, future mobile apps and related functionality), you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use DuoLink on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18 in your jurisdiction, you use DuoLink under parental/guardian responsibility. You can't use the platform if suspended or banned in previous cycles, or if your local jurisdiction prohibits the service.

3. Your account

We use password-less authentication (magic link by email) or official OAuth (Google, Discord, Twitch). You are responsible for maintaining access to your email/provider. Don't share your session or transfer the account. Notify info@bladelink.company immediately if you believe someone accessed it without permission.

4. Expected conduct

By using DuoLink you agree NOT to:

• Harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against other gamers. • Impersonate another person (including streamers or public figures). • Post explicit sexual content, graphic violence or illegal content. • Share third-party personal information without consent (doxxing). • Use bots, scrapers or automation to mine platform data. • Sell account access, your verified rank or boost services. • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — if you find one, report to info@bladelink.company.

Violations result in warning, temporary suspension or permanent ban without refund (DuoLink is free but you can lose your username, matches and history).

5. Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload (avatar, banner, bio, messages). By uploading it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content within DuoLink (including your public profile at /gamers/:username if you make it visible). We don't use your content for external ads or sell it to third parties.

6. Third-party integrations

When you link Riot, Steam, Discord, Twitch, Battle.net, Google or Nintendo, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. DuoLink only accesses data each provider exposes publicly or with your explicit OAuth consent. If a provider restricts our access (policy change or key expiration), the verified badge may temporarily disappear without prior notice.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from /dashboard/perfil → Danger Zone. We can suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with reasonable prior notice except for imminent harm (doxxing, threats, automated abuse). Termination doesn't affect clauses about content you posted, limitation of liability or disputes.

8. No warranties

DuoLink is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy of third-party data (Riot ranks, Steam stats, etc.) or fitness for a particular purpose. We make best effort to keep the service running but can't guarantee 100% uptime or that your ideal duo exists.

9. Limitation of liability

BladeLink Argentina is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from DuoLink use, including lost rank, matches, time or friendships. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (generally $0 because DuoLink is free).

10. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we give at least 14 days notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance. If you don't agree, you can delete your account without penalty.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is resolved in the ordinary courts of Córdoba City, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction. If any clause is declared invalid, the rest remain in force.
